Making a Purchase could not be easier we have made our web site simple for you to buy from.
We accept Credit Cards via Pay Pal. We do not send goods until advised by Pay Pal. We make all ours lures as shown on our site so we never have back orders we can always supply within 24hours. If you don’t want to pay by pay pal we have credit card facilities here or you may want to pay direct to our bank account by simply emailing or phoning us.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us.
Delivery schedule
We will despatch your order within 24 Hours.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company be sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Any Quotation of delivery times by us are made in good faith but are estimates but shall not be bound by such quotation.
Pricing
All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars.
Shipping Costs
Within New Zealand $7.00 for Overseas orders will vary and we will quote when confirming our orders
Refund Policy Satisfaction guarantee If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return to us for a full refund excluding postage.
Privacy Policy
Stelth Lures does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment in this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
The above policies apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms effect your legal rights and these are diminished in any way.
If any term is held to be invalid under applicable status or rule of law that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law without effecting or enforceability of the remainder.

Ordering goods (online or otherwise) constitutes an offer by the buyer to buy in accordance with these terms and conditions. The seller’s acceptance occurs (and the contract is formed) when the goods are dispatched to the buyer. Where the seller accepts the buyer’s order these terms and conditions (together with the acceptance) constitute the entire agreement between the seller and the buyer and it is expressly agreed that there are no other understandings representations or warranties of any kind (express or implied) forming part of this contract. In particular:
Any condition contained in the buyer’s order which is inconsistent with, qualifies or is contrary to these conditions shall have no effect unless that condition is expressly accepted in writing by the seller. Any variation, waiver or cancellation of the buyer’s order shall have no effect unless accepted in writing by the seller.
